VOXRING AI — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using VoxRing AI’s website, platform, or services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you are using VoxRing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
VoxRing AI provides an AI-powered voice receptionist platform that automates inbound and outbound call handling, appointment scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations, smart call routing, multilingual voice interaction, and dashboard reporting with call logs and transcripts. Services are available via subscription plans as described on our pricing page.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use VoxRing. Our Services are intended for business use only and are not designed for personal or consumer use.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access VoxRing, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@voxring.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. VoxRing is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING
VoxRing offers monthly subscription plans (Voice Lite, Voice Pro, Voice Auto, and Voice Custom). By subscribing, you authorize VoxRing to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. Additional usage beyond your plan’s included minutes will be billed at the applicable per-minute rate. VoxRing reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
6. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@voxring.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Services until the end of the paid period. VoxRing may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the platform.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use VoxRing only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the Services to harass, deceive, or defraud individuals, transmit illegal content or spam, impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform, or collect data from callers in violation of applicable privacy or wiretapping laws. VoxRing reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.
8. CALL RECORDING AND COMPLIANCE
VoxRing’s AI voice assistant records and transcribes calls as part of its core functionality. You, as the business operator, are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable call recording laws, including obtaining required consents from callers before recording. This includes but is not limited to compliance with federal and state wiretapping statutes and regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and applicable telemarketing laws. VoxRing is not liable for your failure to obtain legally required consents.
9. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
VoxRing integrates with third-party platforms including CRMs, scheduling tools, and communication services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. VoxRing is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, technology, trademarks, and materials associated with VoxRing — including the AI models, platform design, and branding — are the exclusive property of VoxRing AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from VoxRing’s intellectual property without written permission.
11. YOUR DATA
You retain ownership of all data you input into VoxRing, including call recordings, customer information, and business content. By using our Services, you grant VoxRing a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide and improve the Services. VoxRing will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in connection with the use of VoxRing’s Services, including but not limited to business processes, customer data, and platform configurations. This obligation survives termination of your account.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
VoxRing’s Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoxRing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs, including call summaries and transcripts, may contain errors and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoxRing and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. VoxRing’s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoxRing AI, its affiliates, and its personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your failure to obtain required call recording consents, or your violation of any third-party rights.
16. PRIVACY
Your use of VoxRing is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://voxring.ai/privacy-policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
17. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
VoxRing reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. TERMINATION
VoxRing may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VoxRing shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
