What is VoxRing AI?
VoxRing AI is an intelligent AI-powered voice receptionist that handles your business calls 24/7. It schedules appointments, answers customer questions, routes calls, and delivers a natural, human-like experience — so your team never misses a customer, even outside business hours.
Who is VoxRing designed for?
VoxRing is built for businesses of all sizes that rely on phone-based customer interactions. It is especially well suited for healthcare clinics, restaurants, retail businesses, educational institutions, and professional service firms.
How do I get started?
You can get started by selecting a plan on our pricing page and creating your account. Once registered, our onboarding flow will guide you through setting up your AI assistant, connecting your phone number, and configuring your business details.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up VoxRing?
No. VoxRing is designed to be easy to set up without coding or technical expertise. If you need assistance during setup, our support team is available at Support@voxring.ai.
Is there a free trial or demo available?
Yes. You can request a live demo by clicking “Request a Demo” on our website. Our team will walk you through the platform and answer any questions specific to your business.

What plans does VoxRing offer?
VoxRing offers four subscription plans:
• Voice Lite — $199/month | 600 AI minutes included
• Voice Pro — $399/month | 1,200 AI minutes included
• Voice Auto — $599/month | 2,400 AI minutes included
• Voice Custom — Starting at $799/month | Custom minutes, enterprise features
All plans include 24/7 AI call answering, appointment booking, smart call routing, call logs, transcripts, and dashboard access. Additional usage is billed at $0.15 per minute beyond your plan’s included minutes.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your payment method will be charged automatically on your billing date each month. You can view and manage your billing details from your account dashboard.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@voxring.ai. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise customers may request invoice-based billing. Contact support@voxring.ai for details.
Where can I find my invoices?
All invoices are available in your account dashboard under the Billing section.

How does the VoxRing AI voice assistant work?
VoxRing’s AI listens to incoming calls, understands the caller’s intent, and responds naturally — just like a real receptionist. It can answer common questions, book or reschedule appointments, confirm details, and transfer complex requests to a human staff member when needed.
Does VoxRing sound like a real person?
Yes. VoxRing uses advanced natural language processing and voice synthesis to deliver warm, human-like conversations. It adapts its tone, handles interruptions, and follows the natural flow of a real phone call.
What languages does VoxRing support?
VoxRing supports 40+ languages with automatic language detection. When a caller speaks in a different language, VoxRing detects and responds accordingly without any manual switching required.
Can VoxRing handle multiple calls at the same time?
Yes. VoxRing handles unlimited simultaneous calls with no busy signal and no wait time, making it ideal for high-volume businesses.
What happens when a caller has a complex request?
When VoxRing detects a request that requires human attention, it automatically routes the call to the appropriate staff member or captures the caller’s details for follow-up.
Can VoxRing book, reschedule, and cancel appointments?
Yes. VoxRing can fully manage appointment scheduling depending on your plan. Voice Lite and Voice Pro plans include AI-assisted booking with optional staff confirmation. Voice Auto enables fully autonomous booking without staff involvement.
Does VoxRing work on my existing phone number?
Yes. VoxRing integrates with your existing business phone number. No need to change your number or set up new phone lines.

Yes. Once connected, VoxRing checks your calendar in real time to confirm availability before booking appointments, preventing double bookings.
Is there an API available?
Custom API access is available for Voice Custom plan subscribers. Contact our sales team at support@voxring.ai to discuss your integration requirements.
DASHBOARD & REPORTING
What information is available in the dashboard?
Your VoxRing dashboard provides a full overview of your AI activity, including call logs and history, full call transcripts and AI-generated summaries, appointment bookings and status, alerts and follow-up flags, and usage reports and minute consumption.
How do I access call transcripts?
Call transcripts are automatically generated after each call and are accessible in your dashboard under Call Logs. Transcripts can be searched, filtered by date, and exported.
Can I share dashboard access with my team?
Yes. You can invite team members and assign role-based access levels from your account settings.
How long are call recordings and transcripts stored?
Retention periods depend on your plan settings. Enterprise customers can configure custom retention policies. Contact us if you need specific data retention arrangements.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
Is my data secure?
Yes. VoxRing uses encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, role-based access controls, and undergoes regular security audits. Your data is never sold to third parties.
Is VoxRing GDPR compliant?

Is VoxRing HIPAA compliant?
VoxRing can operate as a Business Associate under HIPAA for healthcare providers who process Protected Health Information (PHI). Please contact us to execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before using VoxRing in a healthcare context. Email support@voxring.ai to get started.
Who is responsible for obtaining call recording consent from callers?
You, as the business operator, are responsible for notifying callers that their interaction may be recorded and processed by AI, in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. VoxRing can be configured to play a consent disclosure at the start of each call.
How do I request deletion of my data?
You can request data deletion by emailing support@voxring.ai. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
TROUBLESHOOTING
My AI assistant is not answering calls. What should I do?
First, verify that your phone number is correctly connected in your dashboard under Settings > Phone. Check that your account is active and your subscription is current. If the issue persists, contact support@voxring.ai with your account details.
Call transcripts are not appearing in my dashboard. What should I do?
Transcripts are usually generated within a few minutes of a call ending. If transcripts are missing after 15 minutes, try refreshing your dashboard. If the issue continues, contact our support team.
The AI is not detecting the correct language. What should I do?
Ensure that multilingual detection is enabled in your assistant settings. If a specific language is not being recognized correctly, contact support@voxring.ai and our team will review your configuration.
How do I update my business information shown to callers?
You can update your business name, hours, services, and FAQs from the AI Configuration section of your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
My integration is not syncing correctly. What should I do?
Go to your dashboard under Integrations, disconnect and reconnect the affected integration, and re-authorize permissions. If the issue persists, contact support@voxring.ai with details of the integration and the error you are seeing.
ENTERPRISE & CUSTOM PLANS
What does the Voice Custom plan include?
Voice Custom is designed for large, multi-location, or compliance-driven businesses. It includes custom AI minute volumes, volume-based pricing, external CRM/EMR/ERP integrations, enterprise-grade security and compliance support, and a dedicated account manager. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
Can VoxRing support multiple business locations?
Yes. Multi-location support is available on the Voice Custom plan. Each location can have its own AI configuration, phone number, and dashboard.
Does VoxRing offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA)?
